March 23, 2011

Rent-A-Center manager Cindy Davis and her four-person sales team are pleased to offer residents of Buckhannon a new option when it comes to acquiring ownership of high-quality furniture, appliances, electronics and computers.

The new Rent-A-Center is located at 120 Buckhannon Crossroads, Ste. 100. The approximately 4,800 sq. ft. showroom features merchandise from brands such as Ashley, Serta, HP, Sony and Whirlpool.

Rent-A-Center strives to improve the quality of life for its customers by offering flexible payment options for individuals who want to pay weekly, biweekly or monthly. No credit is needed, and delivery, set-up and service are included at no extra charge.

The Company has a lifetime reinstatement feature, which permits customers to re-rent the same or a comparable item and to pick up payments where they left off. Additionally, for individuals looking to purchase merchandise, Rent-A-Center offers a 90-day 'same as cash' policy.

Mayor Kenny Davidson will help welcome Rent-A-Center to the neighborhood at its grand-opening celebration on Saturday, March 26, at 11:30 a.m. At the time of the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Rent-A-Center is contributing a $1,000 grant to the Stockert Youth Center, a community-based organization providing youth programs such as after-school tutoring, martial arts, basketball, and arts and crafts.
