Rent-to-own News - Premier delivers peace of mind to NC fire victim

After surviving a terrible house fire in Charlottesville, living with neighbors, and at the local Residence Inn, Mrs. Jo Neal Scully found a house to rent temporarily. Knowing she needed furniture to fill the rental home, a chiropractor referred them to the local Premier Rental-Purchase.

Charlottesville Premier owner, Chris Darden, was able to accommodate Mrs. Scully’s immediate needs for rental furnishings for her new home, walk her easily through the process, and schedule two deliveries quickly so the family could get moved in, and get some well deserved rest in their new surroundings.

“To have such a nice, peaceful, helpful group of employees and delivery personnel made this such a pleasant experience” said Scully. “The delivery guys (Marvin and Derek) were clean, polite, professional and very aware of our surroundings as they delivered our new furniture” she said.

And talk about going the extra mile here. The delivery guys did not have enough screws to completely put the family's new sleigh bed together so they drove to the hardware store that day, bought the correct screws, got back before the end of the day, just so the family could rest easy that night on their new bed.
