Rent-to-own News - APRO VENDOR FOCUS: Dynavox AcoustaBar makes surround sound easy and affordable
August 7, 2008
Dynavox is one of 20 new vendors at the 2008 APRO Convention and Buying Show, and the audio products manufacturer is intent on staying on the "bleeding edge" of audio technology with its new AcoustaBar.
The AcoustaBar is a 42 inch wide "all-in-one" home-theater system designed for easy hookup, using only two cables it provides surround sound on budget, according to Dynavox sales representative, former dealer and APRO founder Glen Davis.

"If you want surround sound in your bedroom, but don't want to pay thousands of dollars for it, this is the ticket," Davis says. "I've been looking for a new product to get excited about and this is it. This is a winner. It's got a built in amplifier so there's not need to mount and run speakers to a separate amplifier. It's an all in one optimized sound system."
The Dynavox AcoustaBar utilizes SRS 3D WOW audio technology and delivers the enhanced virtual surround sound of multiple audio inputs through a two-channel speaker system. There is no need for extra speakers or cables. This single system unit can be mounted on a wall or just laid on an entertainment rack. It is not only revolutionary but also stylish in design, fitting well with existing home decor.
Also the system is designed to accommodate iPods and Mp3 players.
The 42 inch AcoustaBar is available for $240 while the smaller 32 inch version sells for $180.
Dynavox is one of 86 vendors attending the APRO 2008 Convention and Buying Show August 11-14 in St. Louis, Missouri. See the Dynovox AcoustaBar in Exhibit Hall 1 at the America's Center, booth 502.
