Rent-to-own News - Ideal to unveil new RTO software at APRO show
August 7, 2008
Ideal Software Systems announced today it will introduce a brand new Windows-based product at the APRO meeting in St. Louis next week.
Ideal Software programmers started from scratch to design a completely new Windows-based system, using an SQL database. The system includes new features developed using customer requirements and years of experience partnering with industry leaders in rent-to-own, retail and wheel and tire markets.
The result, Ideal Software officials say, is a product that will change the way future software will be developed for rent-to-own and retail. In addition, Ideal has developed a version designed specifically for the wheel and tire industry.
This new product is unique in its ability to manage all aspects of wheel and tire rental and retail operations without the workarounds associated with other products used for this purpose.
The new Ideal Software program features greatly improved inventory capabilities, including the ability to invoice an item not currently in stock, which is key to effectively managing special orders.
Add to that expanded demographics capabilities, including vehicle information, and the ability to define inventory in natural language terms instead of a mass of indecipherable codes. These are only a few of the many features that set the new program apart from competitors.
Ideal Software will feature the new program at next week’s APRO Buying Show in St. Louis, Missouri where the company is one of 86 vendors. Ideal encourages all RTO and wheel and tire business owners and managers to visit booth 401 in Hall 1 of the America's Center Showroom for a look at the new software.
