His first seminar on leadership in rent-to-own explained how to develop employees' unique talents necessary to achieve common goals. Carricos second seminar described the opportunities that APRO members have within the E-communities section of APRO's Web site.

Jim Durham at MRDA
Jim Durham, MRDAs long-time lobbyist in Jefferson City, the capital of Missouri. Durham spoke at the Missouri Rental Dealers Association annual meeting February 14 in Columbia, Missouri. Durham reported that Missouri rental dealers have done such a great job lobbying in their state that there are no legislative issues directly affecting the rent-to-own industry in Missouri at this time. He did, however, outline several bills that could affect business in general.

Keese explained the new leadership in both the House and Senate in Washington, D.C. and APRO's member connections with that leadership.
